5.0 out of 5 stars Very Satisfied, it was what I expected and the price was right
The shoes lived up to my expectations - you just need to wear them couple of days (or run couple of hours) before they fully adjust to your feet.

3.0 out of 5 stars NO FOR ME
I bought these sneakers insted of the Adidas Megabounce and i wasnt to happy with this purchase. They were very uncomfortable and i had lots of pain at the end of the day, The only thing good about the, was the fact that they had a cool yellow sole. I DO NOT recommend this sneaker for any occasion.

5.0 out of 5 stars one of the best shoes I've owned, November 25, 2006
The Adidas a3 Gigaride is definitely one of the best athletic shoes I've ever owned. I usually go with Nike/Jordan brand, but I decided to give these pair a try and I'm very happy with them. The cushioning system is very similiar to the Nike Shox, but feels much more isolated from the shocks of running on pavement. At the same time, the cushioning does not feel mushy or too soft. It is very controlled and firm at the same time. I'd recommend a pair ito anyone who likes to run.

1.0 out of 5 stars These shoes are very hard on your body, do not recommend, September 12, 2007

I have the exact same feelings as William Hunicke in his review. I also do not have knee problems, but after running with these even for short distances now, my knees hurt. I have had them for probably a year now and I just can't take it anymore. I'm on here to buy a new pair of shoes.

I actually think they may have had a bad long term effect on my knees. Seriously, look elsewhere. They might look cool, but that is the only thing they have going for them.

1.0 out of 5 stars Injury in wait, July 31, 2007
By
4 miles onto the first run in these shoes I developed a fore-leg tendon injury that took 4 months to heal. I have been using other running shoe brands for years with no problems.
I realize it may just be my specific build/running mechanics, but hey,
I will not touch these shoes with a 10-foot pole ever again

This shoe caught my attention because of the design, so I purshased it just for kicks! I was pleasantly surprise by how good it felt on my feet while running! I tell you I was able to run 50% more than usual, since I suffered a cruciate ligament injury to my right knee! I love this running shoes that I actually think about getting another pair just so I can use it to run errands walk at the mall and so on, I recommend this one!!!

Awesome shoes. Not necessarily worth the outlandish cost but 4 stars nonetheless. I'd recommend them to anyone who takes running seriously, and who likes to look even cooler when doing it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Running Shoe, May 30, 2006
This shoe is an absolutely amazing aspect of visual and phisical performance. The side filled with "Nike Shox" helps propell you into the next stride. It is included with arch support, a helpful feature. Almost all the materials are mesh with plenty of space for ventalation. The shoes also have a snugg feeling at the mouth. Although, at around 13 oz, they are a bit heavy.
With great tread, looks, and performance, The Adidas a3 Gigaride (a.k.a. A3 Mega Ride) is a must for all starters and pros at running. It is worth [...], but you can buy it at your local shoe store for as low as [...].

Shoe is fairly comfortable, gives excellent support when running and still allows your feet to breathe.

2.0 out of 5 stars adidas Men's a3 Gigaride Running Shoe,Cyber Metallic/Blue,14 M, January 23, 2007
These shoes look great but are horrible running shoes. The soles are solid plastic and do not flex at all on impact. I do not have knee problems but my knees hurt after running in these shoes.

They may be a good walking or all-purpose shoe but do not plan on running in them. I returned them and plan to try something else.
