5.0 out of 5 stars Good Minimalist Shoe, June 11, 2010
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I ordered a half size larger than my normal, and they fit right. Flat soled, comfortable, light-weight, flexible, and grippy on the track (without the spikes in). If you want a shoe that is not bulky in the sole and not inclined toward the heel, this is it. Running on a track or a cross country surface is best. If you want a minimalist shoe, this works well. It was very easy to run with a natural and proper forefoot landing, unlike a typical running shoe with a bulky inclined sole that cause runners to land on their heels. The difference in run quality between this shoe and my regular thick cushioned shoe is night and day. The downside: my legs were VERY sore after the first run, much more than normal (in my bulky inclined Asics). So, transition into these shoes gradually. You really will use more of your lower leg muscles when running in these shoes. Go for it.

They Look great, fit nice and give a natural stance to running. Much better on the knees then running heel-toe.
