To coincide with the 30th anniversary of Ozzy Osbourne's classics Blizzard Of Ozz & Diary Of A Madman, both albums will be remastered with original bass and drum tracks restored. Extras will extensive as they will include rare live stuff with Randy Rhoads, and never before released recordings from the studio including discussions while the tape was still rolling.

I don't know about you, but the restoration of the original bass and drum tracks is enough for me to want these releases.

Is this information legit? The 2002 'remasters' were a disappointment.

I hope that they also re-master and restore "Bark At The Moon" which also was trashed in 2002. I have heard the 2002 re-masters, and they suck. The 1995 re-masters are worth searching out and buying.

Here is the thing Ozzy fan's won't admit. If Randy Rhodes had lived, he would have been screwed out of royalties, and Zakk Wylde would be doing the guitar tracks for these early albums. Restoring the tracks and still not paying Kerslake and Bob Daisly is just more twisted insults. Isn't 30 years of abuse by the Osbourne/Arden slime enough?

Seriously, just buy an old copy of the CDs on Amazon or Ebay. Don't justify this injustice.

I think i like the original recordings of Blizzard Of Ozz and Diary Of A Madman better than the Reissued recordings. I don't have the 30th Anniversary Box set but I do have Blizzard Of Ozz Expanded Edition and The Vinyl.
