It has some swivel. I would call it more of a slight tilt than a swivel.

I'm not sure about that specific handheld, but like most handhelds the hose is what fits into the holder. You shouldn't have an issue.

Yes it does swivel. You can move the end around and then tighten it to keep it in that position.

It doesn't matter which way you place the locking tab, so make it easiest for you. Just make sure its placed where you want and if you still want it to swivel or be stationary.

No I don't see how you could. The actual suction cup worked fine for me., but I do not have tiles. it was the arm that will not support the shower head.

I have a smooth fiberglass surface so it was no problem for me. If you do not have a smooth surface it will not work.
