I just gave this to my 1yr old grandson for his birthday. he loved the hammer that goes with it. but didn't quite grasp the other parts. so I would say best for 1.5yrs to 3yrs. .

I am a big fan of second language learning (I am familiar but not fluent in Spanish, Tagalog and some Italian) but honestly feel that this toy is for learning cause and affect and doesn't lose any value for missing the language element. see less

Not unless they know not to lean on it. This topples over very easily, and mine had a light blow out within 10 minutes of opening. There's better options out there

I don't know. I think the BPA only causes problems when it is heated up (dishwasher, microwave etc) And hopefully, this wouldn't be going in there, lol! You might try contacting Fisher Price. They may be able to tell you.
