I have long since replaced the original that my alarm company installed. This works perfectly fine, is easy to install, and costs a fraction of what my alarm company would charge for showing up and taking the old one out and putting the new one in.

I used this for an alarm for 5 months before it went dead. Not excited about this product. Seller wouldn't replace it.either.

If your intention is to charge the battery DON"T even try it. Not only can you ruin the battery but you can build up pressure in the battery causing it to rupture and it's full of acid. In order to charge it from your car you would need a current limiting circuit that would shut off when the battery is fully charged and that just isn't practical to build. So just get a regulated trickle charger that does not exceed the amperage limit of the battery. see less

I had the same question, but the replacement (iso9001) worked well for our iso9002. You could ask someone at a battery store.
