No, it does not. It only has the two levels of brightness. The Fenix PD30 does have such a feature, however, and I'm sure there are other Fenix flashlights that do as well.

Fenix, I've never had a problem with the two Fenix lights i have, but I have been told their customer service is very good and will assist you with problems to a great satisfaction (friend of mine dealt with them, said they were easy to deal with)

There us a small hole in the casing right by the on/off button. You have to push the narrow rope of the lanyard through it and loop it over the rest of the lanyard to hold it tight. I pushed it through with my fingernail and then grabbed it with the tip of a pen to pull through.
