Question: 1 Yes...From the Panasonic manuel for these 3D glasses tells you how to remove the lithium battery.
Question 2: from the same Manuel, it depends on how much usage you use them. Form a single charge, you should be able to get 30 hours of use for each full charge. I am not a rep. for any company, but I used to be a tech in this field of electronics and more. I have owned these glasses almost a year now and no problems of use. More choices of a 3D images from a 3D movie BluRay player & TV to make them more 3D than turning on the 3D for a non-3D movie/tv show.
IMPORTANT...for best result of any rechargeable batterie(s)...for the first 3 charges of use, completely make the battery(s) as dead as they can be before the 3rd of 3 full charge. This way all charges your battery(s) will have the fullest memory charge the company says it can be.
I hope I have answered your questions so you can understand them clearly. :) see less

Sorry I can't answer your question. My late model Sony 75 in TV connect w/glasses by RF. Since the glasses is below $20 so why don't you buy and try. If it didn't work, can you resell on EBay?
