Because it doesn't works. That's why they don't have the warranty. I'm from Venezuela. I bought the phone two weeks ago, and I received it yesterday. The phone introduced too many failures from the time I turned it on for the first time. I can't believe they allow Samsung sells this kind of thing so poor.

Hi There is no thing "working with all carrier" fist there are 2 type of this phone : 1.international version 2.USA version for international version : Not comaptible with 4G (LTE) and some 3G USA Carriers' Networks I do not recommend this phone if you intend to use it primarily in USA with occational use in other countries. This phone is not intended for US market. here is the list of band frequency that it support.please check that your carrier support it. It comes factory Unlocked, has Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor at 1.9Ghz quad-core, the difference with the i9500 model with the Exynos processor octa-cores at 1.6Ghz is not remarkable both works well. The difference is that this model can be connected to 2G/3G/HSDPA/4G/LTE networks, the model i9500 only be connected to 2G/3G/HSDPA networks. You can use this phone with any carrier in Venezuela, Movistar, Digitel and Movilnet 3G and 2G, to connect with Digitel GSM 4G/LTE, you should buy a USIM card. Works with Frequency (Mhz): 2G/3G/HSDPA: 850/900/1900/2100 4G/LTE: 800/850/900/1800/2100/2600 Movistar VE: 3G/HSDPA 1900Mhz Movilnet: 3G/HSDPA 1900Mhz Digitel GSM: 3G/HSDPA 900MHz; 4G/LTE 1800Mhz
