You can use these with any deck, stock or aftermarket. But the lower the wattage output on the deck, the crappier they'll sound. If you can afford it, I always recommend going with an amp. These are pretty efficient at 92dB SPL 1W/1M so even at the bottom one third of your volume control you should get pretty good sound out of them. Both the Infinity X and JBL GTO's are much more efficient at 94 dB SPL 1W/1M (every 3dBW increase doubles the volume). However the low end frequency response (BASS) is much better for the Pioneer's that on the other two. Hi frequencies are better also but the only living thing in the room that will appreciate 38KHz is your dog. the VAST majority of humans about the age of 18 can't hear frequencies about about 20KHz. All three of the speakers in this post are top of the heap speakers for 2015. see less

Unfortunately no. They do, however, come with multiple holes in the exterior ring for mounting. Often times they line up pretty well with the factory screw holes.
