No. All the USB 3.0 share the same bus at 2.5Gbps. The ports controlled by a singe 4 ports Fresco Logic FL-1100 USB 3 controller.

It wouldn't be possible unless your monitors have Thunderbolt I/O and support daisy-chaining.
The Thunderbolt dock has two thunderbolt ports, yet, you use one of them to connect your Macbook to the dock and the other port as your Thunderbolt I/O for connecting to other devices.

And USB still requires the computer to manage arbitration of disk IO, which could become overwhelming if you are attempting to move files to multiple drives in parallel. In short, you should try it. But in general, if you need high & predictable IO transfer rates with low latency, such as for OLTP database IO, USB is not your best choice. If you want low-cost bulk IO, USB might be fine. see less

It doesn't work with a mini-Displayport/DVI cable which is unfortunate. In my case, even moving the movie playback to my laptop is less than ideal - there's an occasional pause in the playback. If I plug the monitor directly into the laptop Thunderbolt it works fine, so the dock must be causing the problem.
