4:3 aspect ratio? Could it be possible?

Looks like a great collection, lack of The Producers notwithstanding, but under the product details, the aspect ratio is listed as 1.33(or 4:3, aka "standard" television ratio, as opposed to widescreen). I'd guess typo, as it seems unlikely that they'd crop films on blu-ray to fit a standard definition television, but I'd rather not spend the money and find out the hard way. Can anyone who's bought the collection sound off on this?

JMM says:
I own the set, and each of the nine films is presented in its original aspect ratio. They are all what you would call "widescreen".

Thanks for the quick reply! Thought it would be so, but wanted to be sure.

As JMM says, all movies are widescreen, with aspect ratios between 1.85:1 and 2.40:1. See the images I uploaded for the Mel Brooks Collection that is like this set except it has the hardback book (each image includes aspect ratio, audio, and subtitle info for each movie):

Did anyone notice there is an alternate version available called "Widescreen Edition" for $79.49?

The Mel Brooks Collection [Blu-ray]

Still going to buy this Deal of the Day offer since the price is so good... but it still makes me wonder about the aspect ratio. At this price I can use the discs as coasters if the movies are not widescreen.

Mirage says:
That is an older version of the collection that contains a book which is why it's longer. It also uses cardboard case for the Bluray.

Thanks for taking the time to post the info.

Can anyone confirm, people who bought THIS version (not the version labeled on Amazon as "Widescreen Edition", not the one with the book, but the version that is as of right now $29.99 on Amazon, does NOT say "Widescreen Edition", and is labeled as "1.33:1 Aspect Ratio" in the product details?

I still feel like I'm not sure if those who are claiming this is widescreen are people who bought that OTHER edition.

Thanks in advance! I'd really like to buy this, but I don't want to get the wrong thing.
