Purchased TWO, yes TWO times because it showed up with split (white plastic) handle. Funny thing is, after contacting Attwood, they sent me a BLACK handle with a handwritten note "These are stronger", so guess I was not the first person to have this problem. Amazons defect return process is nice though.......they send you new item, THEN, you send defect back.

This product arrived with the plastic handle at the end of the hook split from one end to the other. Rather than send it back, as I needed it, I tried taping the handle to hold it on. It didn't work. I've written to the company asking for a replacement handle. Would not recommend this article.
