According to the Logitech instructions, Fn+2 (Function key + 2) will switch the keyboard language. I've not tried it personally but that's what the little book says.

I was able to get almost all the accents necessary for writing in Portuguese (very similar to the Spanish accents, I guess), without having to change the language of the original Keyboard. What I did was, simply:
to get the Š, press the alt key+e, and then type the "a" letter. Alt key+e make you able to get the same accent with any of the other vowels too.
To get the Á, simply press the alt key and the "c" letter
To get the „, press the alt key+n and the "a" letter
To get the Ů, press alt key+n and then the "n" letter
To get the ‚, press alt key+i and then the "a" letter. Alt+i works also for getting this accent with all the other vowels (like e, o, u and i).
Unfortunately, I was unable to get what we call "acento grave", as in "ŗ".
I hope these tips will be useful also to type in French and in Spanish
