More hep than Austin Powers and certainly more satirical. Diment's books (or whomever wrote them) are classics. Easy, fun and quick to read, my only complaint is they don't last long enough. While the plots are sometimes a bit thin, all of the subterfuge and extraneous action is where the fun is. Who could help but admire the over sexed, weed smoking, slightly cowardly hero that saves the world over and over again whilst we sleep in unknowing bliss.....
The story of Diment is even more intriguing than the character himself. That's the next story we need told in the series. Definitely buy them and pass them around.
