I got this last year for my boyfriend who is into music. It took a while to learn but once he did it was a lot of fun. This is a good little instrument with nice sound and good quality for the price.
We were sad however when it broke. Is a very thin shell, and he had it in his car and it was smashed.
If your careful this can be lots of fun

I bought this as an accessory to a halloween costume. It was cheaply made and broke very quickly. It never made a sound.
