5.0 out of 5 stars LOVE THIS PRODURCT
LOVE THIS!!! This is good even for guys. You can smooth your skin and protect from the sun at the same time. You will not look like you have makeup on but just a soft look.

3.0 out of 5 stars Sunscreen
The product is good but the way it flows out is flawed. I can never tell if it is coming out with enough coverage. Poor design!

1.0 out of 5 stars It doesn't work -- I burned!, July 18, 2009

I was so psyched about this product. A convenient applicator, completely non-greasy sunscreen....I was in sunscreen heaven. Until I burned. This product does NOT work.

I at first thought it was user error. Maybe I didn't apply enough? So next time I was super generous in the application. Burned again. A friend even did a little experiment, covering one arm with traditional coppertone SPF 30 and the other arm with Bare Minerals SPF 30. Guess what? The arm with regular sunscreen was fine at the end of the day, the arm with Bare Minerals was a little burned.

I noticed that the areas around my tank top straps burnt worse -- probably because my application there wasn't thorough. Ok, so it provides a tiny bit of sun protection. But SPF 30? No way. The rest of me still burned, just not as badly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Love this product, July 13, 2011

What is the best thing about this product? It's a powder!! great for faces, even on children and it doesnt break your skin out. I leave this in the car or in my purse so anytime I forget sunscreen I always have this one. It goes on dry which is really nice and you can put it on even if you have sand on your skin. We have been out and used only this item and we were the only ones not burned by the sun. The kids love the applicator and never complain when it's going on. I love that I can have this product w/ me at all times and I don't have to worry about it exploding in my purse.

Love BE and its safe to say most of the BE minerals have a degree of spf to them however Leslie and her team need to really work on the flow of how this stuff comes out of the container. Me, I'm sticking to a mineral veil with an spf it does more good under the circumstances.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best sunscreen, July 5, 2011
This review is from: bareMinerals SPF 30 Natural Sunscreen - Tan (Misc.)
After all the reviews I expected to dislike this product. Just the opposite. This is the only sunscreen I used on my face during an entire week in Mexico. Never burned and did not have to deal with sticky lotion all over my face, running into my eyes etc. Would definitely purchase again though they don't offer refills but you can refill with the colorscience refill.

1.0 out of 5 stars strongly dislike, May 30, 2011
This review is from: bareMinerals SPF 30 Natural Sunscreen - Tan (Misc.)
It takes too long for the powder to work its way out of the applicator, if it even comes out at all. Using this product is unpleasant and annoying! I don't understand how they could have released it this way and will not buy anything like this again!

1.0 out of 5 stars doesn't work, February 26, 2011

doesn't work. Baby powder probably works as good to keep the sun off my delicate skin. I threw it in the trash, along with all the other Bare Escentuals junk I bought which made my skin look and feel older.
