Directions
For sheer, all-over illumination (basic foiling) * Lightly dampen the Wet/Dry Shadow Brush and dip into either Disco or Night Owl Eyecolor. * Use dampened brush to make a paste in the bareMinerals lid. * Apply bareMinerals Eyecolor with the Double-Ended Foil and Line brush from lash to crease, sweeping into the crease. * Both ends of the Double-Ended Foil and Line Brush can be used wet or dry. * The liner end can be used to achieve a smoky look when foiled.
