The list author says: "very tough list to come up with but here are my personal favorite metal albums of the past decade in order. lots of good metal albums produced this decade some had to be left off these albums in my opinion are flawless. here is my list of the best the decade had to offer in metal, whether its grindcore, thrash,hardcore,death,black, sludge, post , groove, or any other genre i forgot to mention. i could only do 40 i wanted to do fifty this made it that much harder lots got left off. dont be offended and leave a comment if you like."
