Valuable Tool for Spanish/English Interpreters & Readers,

This bilingual version is one of the most valuable tools available for an interpreter. The 1960 RVR version remains the most popular Spanish version, while the NIV is the most widely-used English translation. By using this version, you are almost certain to be using the same version as the speaker, whether Spanish or English. In addition, for Spanish-speaking people learning English, the NIV is easier to understand than some other versions, such as the KJV. There are newer Spanish translations that are easier for a beginning Spanish student, yet this version is modern enough to aid him/her in reading the Bible in Spanish.
