This author is clearly a raving lunatic, which would explain why this 'book' isn't in a published format. The author has some understanding of the subject of which he speaks, but as the old saying goes a little knowledge is dangerous. The author clearly has a bias which makes the material difficult to read in any objective form. If you're into lunatic conspiracy theories this is a great book!
