Great book to own and to share with fish-eating friends. Recipes are delicious, creative and easy to prepare. I have gifted this book to at least four friends and have always received glowing reviews. Favorite recipes? The "Bluefish with Sour Cream" and "Bluefish a l'Orange " have become family must haves. Kudos to the authors, it is obvious that they are familiar with being inundated with bluefish when they are running and have enjoyed many convivial meals that have led to this handy cookbook.
