This is an extremely well-written and informative book. In "Guide to Buying or Selling a Business," Hansen elevates potentially dry subject matter nearly to the level of entertainment, while presenting very useful and logical step-by-step procedures on how this complex field can be mastered. I found it to be not only invaluable in charting my way through this tough business, but it was a surprisingly enjoyable read.
