What I received was a standard Usb sync cable (which I have several of already) The reason for this purchase was because I was impressed with the retractable aspect for easy storage. I'm sure it works fine, but it is not what I thought I had ordered (based on the product description itself.)

The item I recieved was a plain ,short, usb cable which I already had, not the retractable long cable pictured. This happened to another customer also. I think it is either a dumb mistake or a scam. I will notify Amazon of this but be aware this could happen to you if you order from them.
