This review is from: A call from the 21st century: The technology of customer contact (Paperback)
I emailed this author concerning a business-related matter. Paul Anderson was extremely rude and unprofessional. (This is of assuming I contacted the correct Paul Anderson. I believe I did as the person who provided me with his email was allegedly his literary agent: Jill Mast). If he was that rude to me via email correspondence then just how professional is his business-related book? You be the Judge!!!
