How can i tell if it is a used or new one before ordering?

If it is listed on the item's "Amazon home page" it is new. To be sure you can click on new in the "all offers" section on the right side of the page.

It will say used. It it doesn't say anything I would assume it would be new.

If it is a t4i it is likely new. The camera hasn't been out that long. Also, it always says "used" somewhere on the page.

It will always be new when you select "Add to the Cart" on the main product page. Used ones usually show up in smaller print below the "In Stock" statement. You'll see a line that looks something like this: "42 new from $15.60 23 used from $16.49."
