Yes, both through Bluetooth or through the USB transmitter. I am currently using the Microsoft arch touch. Great feeling mouse. There are some limitations on a multi-button gaming mouse due to need of drivers, but a standard mouse will work fine.

I plugged in my Logitech wireless mouse/keyboard combo and it worked fine. You can also connect an external monitor via HDMI. My Logitech webcam also works perfectly. All without installing any drivers! Just plug in and you are good to go.
