canon ef 70-200 f2.8 l usm (non is) or canon ef 70-200 f4 l is usm ? which one to buy ?

I'd went for the 70-200 f/4 non-IS version; you don't need IS with such large lenses as you will need to support them somehow. Though the f4 non-IS is light enough to be easily hand-held. FOr about $550 - best lens you can get. Of course if you are a pro and make money off it then go for 2.8 (non-IS) - it will allow you to get better shots in lower light.
