Will this card work with a Tascam dr-05 recorder?

NO; you need a micro SD card, it looks like the SD card but is physically smaller, and uses an adapter to fit into a computer sd card slot ( if the computer does not have a micro SD slot ). Goto tascam.com for a list of acceptable cards. The manual can be downloaded for free, search on tascam dr-05 manual

You would have to get the micro memory card also made by SanDisk.

No, "Tascam dr-05 recorder" only uses "microSD (64MB - 2GB)/microSDHC (4GB - 32GB)"

Tascam only accepts MINI-SD card.
