5.0 out of 5 stars cdProjects Enables 'Rush Management' ofDigital Entertainment
The cdProjects product line is one of those concepts that become a NECESSITY as soon as you've tried it.

Sure, when you first see a cdProjects case, it probably looks pretty. Functionally, it will probably look very much like most other 'CD portable storage booklets'. If so, YOU HAVE JUST BEEN DECIEVED!

1.0 out of 5 stars Shipping problem
I requested the product to be shipped to me (Phyllis) in care of my husband (Max). Instead it was addressed to Max and he thought it was some kind of promotion he did not request and threw it away! It is important to address packages correctly.

I stumbled across a nice looking cdProjects CD 'RolaDisc' desktop storage unit a few years ago. I needed something to keep my software CDs in order. It was a straightforward transaction at the store. At home, that is where the reality of what I had done began to hit me.

It wasn't until I started stuffing my CDs into the sleeves of this 'Rola-Disc' that I noticed the sleeves were detachable. Reality just took a turn. The realization became instant. This was NOTHING NEAR WHAT IT SEEMED.

Obviously, because you're not using the CD's original case, you can pack a whole load of CDs in more space than if they were in their original CD cases - That's the only similarity between cdProjects and other 'similar CD storage booklets'.

Organizing CDs became addictively simple. Just put the CD's booklet in the transparent sleeve's front compartment and the CD in the sleeve's easy, No-Fidget access' rear compartment and you have a nicely packaged CD, ready to me manipulated by the flexibility of the whole cdProjects concept.

From now on, your musical, computer gaming, DVD or VideoCD life has changed forever. Organizing your digital media becomes a case of just pulling out the whole sleeve, containing it's CD and associated pretty 'Jacket' booklet, from the storage device and quickly repositioning it's order by rapidly clicking the sleeve's 'clip tabs' in place on the container's fliprails....

Alright, THEN! Listen up! If you're using cdProjects 'Rola-disc' storage units for home and/or office use and get yourself one of their portable carriers, then you've just got yourself a 'Rapid Portability System' that you'll be so grateful for. Say you're leaving the house in a rush and you suddenly decide to take some CDs with you. Just RIP OUT all the CD Sleeve Packs you're wanting 'to go' from your 'Rola-Disc' units and slap 'em onto the rails of a portable cdProjects CD Storage Booklet and you've just prepared a completely Beautiful collection of CDs with track listings and booklets in literal seconds. If you're taking the CDs to your office you can offload them from the 'carrier' and onto your other desktop 'Rola-Disc' to flip through at your leisure.

Have Not Doubt that cdProjects will change your lifestyle. Ok, perhaps just a little - but enough to have a lasting impact. It just is in one of those product categories of items that you never expected you could live without. Jeez! It has to be that good if made me write this much!

5.0 out of 5 stars Well-Designed Space Saving CD Storage System, September 25, 2001

This review is from: cdProjects DS20 CD/Booklet Bubble Sleeves (20 CD Capacity, 1 CD per Sleeve) (Electronics)
I've been using the CD Projects sleeves for a few years. The original sleeves were clear plastic throughout, and did put small scratches on many of my CD's (all of which are still playable, though). I'm in the process of switching to Bubblesleeves, in which the centre part of the sleeve is a softer material with raised bumps, between which tiny dust specks fall so that they aren't scraping against the CD surface. So far, so good. Highly recommended. BTW, the amazon.com price is the same as anywhere else I've seen the Bubblesleeves for sale, and there aren't many places that sell them.

5.0 out of 5 stars CDProjects Product Line, February 17, 2001

I highly recommend all CDProjects products. I have used them for several years and they are well manufactured. CD storage space is reduced to a minimum, with the elimination of the jewel cases. Transporting CD's around is simple and convenient.

I have over 600 CDs now and all of them are in Bubblesleeves. It makes storage and transportation much easier. I can carry 60-70 CDs, including booklets, plus a CD-player in one of their cases and it's no thicker than a normal hardback. I'm even building a coffee-table with slide-out drawers just for my Bubblesleeves! I love this product.

Competent design, good functionality. Includes room for a CD and room for a 'CD slick' pamplet to be added.

I use these sleeves with the Roladisc Library. You can slide them out of the library and into one of the cd projects cases with ease. Sturdy and well made. Secure.

This is the best cd organizing system out there. It keeps my cds clean and being able to move them from my home rack to a portable case for the road makes them unbeatable. Now if i could only find some replacement sleeves....

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy and Protective - the best seen so far, May 12, 2002

Excellent way to story your CD's or DVD's. Instead of buying the organizer for [price], you're better off to make a system in one of your drawers - saves you money and space. It is not very handy with double CD's where you have one booklet and two CD'S. I scanned the front of the book and market it Disc One, Disc Two.
This is certainly the best and most flexible way to store discs. If you go for a drive, you just pick up the sleeves you want and off you go.

This is a very nice storage system for your CDs or DVDs. Double-sided sleeves hold two discs per sleeve. A good space-saver.
