1.0 out of 5 stars Experts don't always make good authors, October 20, 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: How to choose the right management company for your residential property: A decision-maker's guide (Hardcover)
"You and your decision-making colleagues" will undoubtedly be able to hire a new "site professional/managing agent" by using the common sense laid out in this book. But "you and your decision-making colleagues" don't need a book for common sense. Nobody does. Save yourself (and your decision-making colleagues) the extraodinary effort required to extract (think dentistry here) anything new from this book. Much of the problem lies in the editorial dept. as the authors attempted that task themselves. In addition to poor organization, awkward sentences and personifying your rental property, you'll have to tolerate obvious biases toward big management companies like theirs.
