I had never fasted before and was not sure if I could do it for seven days but I did and this diet and its plan were very helpful. The detox effects were incredible as was the ease of following the suggested schedule. In order to benefit completely and most from this detox the following should be followed:
1. Supplement your 7-day fasting detox with at least 4 to 6 colonic treatments
2. Strictly follow the suggested schedule
3. Break your fast on the morning of the 8th day and not any sooner!
I was equally amazed and shocked at the level of detox that I achieved through following this very well put together diet/fast which I could not otherwise have achieved even with an year of eating 'healthy'.
