I love Corin Tellado's books. Corin is the queen of the romance in my opinion. I am just giving a 3 stars to this particular book just because I am not fond of the stories where the girl falls for the guy that abused her even though there was a sentiment involved.The summary of the plot in Spanish: "Denise Winters es una aristócrata inglesa que acaba de salir del internado donde ha pasado toda su adolescencia; es por ello que no conoce las reglas y los prejuicios de la clase a la que pertenece. Cuando se encuentra con Jack, un orgulloso periodista de sociedad, queda fascinada por él. Pero las presiones de su entorno y el difícil carácter del joven pondrán las cosas muy difíciles a su historia de amor." |
