Is it compatible with USB 1 ports? as my PC is old and it doesn't have a USB 2 port.

Yes, I believe it does. I have the 1gb model and it works fine with my laptop that sports USB1.1 ports.

All USB 2.0 memory devices are backwards compatible with USB 1.0

All USB 2.0 devices are backward-compatible, but they will of course function more slowly.

Buying and installing a USB 2.0 card in your machine may be a worthwhile investment.
