Does this model compatible to 220v power? I've ordered LM8600 twice, and both had only 120v support, although description says it supports 110-220v.

Yes, this model is compatible to 220V power, but it does not mean that the power cord has both 120V and 220V outlet. The TV only has 120V support outlet but you can get a voltage converter from 120V to 220V and use it as 220V.

My tv lists only 120v on the back, but does allow 50/60hz so a stepdown transformer would probably do the trick.
