I saw this and was worried after my order was halfway shipped, but they turned out to handle the Z-5500's speakers just fine. The can be mounted horizontally with the speaker mounting holes attached to the long u-bracket using (2) 1/4" machine screws and nuts. I used the screw with the head-end out with a washer; the nut on the other side is secured by the rubber gasket in the mounting hole itself. A single double-sided pad on the front-top surface of the mount supports and protects the front of the speaker.

No, it's not. I have the z-5500 and I bought the stands but they don't fit. I had to tie the speakers to the stand, ugly but had no choice.

I'm curious about this as well. Solaris, did you find out if this is compatible or did you find another speaker stand that is?

Logitech doesn't seem to sell speaker stands.

I have this stand for more than a year. This is best stand i can find for the z5500 speakers. I have tied and duck taped it. It should be fine as long you tied and taping it well.

Thanks
