can this computer's setting be changed for other language other than english for overseas use, such as korean?

Yes, you can easily go into the advanced settings and add other languages, including Korean.

The computer has a language setting for just about any language setting, including korean. So yes, you can use this computer in a different language

If you mean that you'd like to change the keyboard and display language settings, yes.
Clicking the user icon located in the right-hand side of the panel, you can find the settings menu, as well as by clicking the Settings button in the Chrome browser. I hope I answered your question.

Under advanced settings you can change the language settings you can also set it to translate other languages for you. I hope this helps
