why wont in connect to home wifi when all other devices connect fine with strong signal?

This could happen for several reason. One, there maybe be some interference with other devices that may reduce signal strength, like a Bluetooth or radio antenna. Some cell phone use the same radio frequencies as a wireless modem. If that doesn't work you could look into downloading a signal boosting app. I hope you find this somewhat helpful.

Have you gone in and programmed it to connect to your router either by push button or PIN?

Not sure I have several devices on the same WiFi and have no problem. You might need to take it a best buys aand have them check it; see if it will connect to someone else WiFi

Be sure wifi is turned on and that you set your network and password on the device
