A very good Polish cookbook,
By It is hard to believe that I still have this cookbook in good condition after more than thirty years. Yet, it is a beautiful book. While it is somewhat short, it compares very well to the most recent Polish cookbooks (2008).

I have had this book for years and it is falling apart, I need to replace before I loose some family favorites that when made with these simple recipes tastes just like grandmoms.
