This video is EASY to follow. It shows you how to do CPR, rescue breathing and the Heimlich maneuver for ADULTS, CHILDREN & INFANTS. The sections are COLOR CODED and the video has a review at the end of every section. Best of all it is instructed by a Paramedic who has many years of experience. I would recomend this video to anyone as a great review of CPR skills or to keep around the house just to know what to do in an emergency. GREAT GIFT fo new parents and grand parents or anyone that will be caring for your loved ones.(35 minutes long)
