Editorial Reviews

From the Author

I want this book to miraculously open peoples eyes. For example, if someone is anorexic I want them to read this book then ask themselves why am I starving myself to death? Am I doing it to fit in with an image that society says I should look like? Then I want them to say F--- society I'm hungry and I am going to eat regularly. I know that might not be realistic but I want everyone who is harming themselves and others to ask why don't I love myself? why do I keep the cycle of pain going? People would not do such despicable things to themselves or others if they had a certain level of inner love.

What I am about to write has nothing to do with me

being the author of this book. I want to talk about my comments

on this book and how when I wrote it over the summer I thought

it was just common sense. Then a few days ago I read the author's

comments again and it blew me away. Now I am eagerly awaiting my

own next book titled "How to Rise Above Pain and Trauma"
