For anyone considering whether joining a CEO Peer Group would be a good decision; Critical Mass, is the ultimate first (and most likely last) step in your research. This book is a quick read that lays out the advantages of belonging to a CEO peer group, along with cogent case studies.

Richard Franzi has created a book that eloquently outlines the benefits of being a part of a CEO Peer group. Whether you are a small business owner or the CEO of a company - this is a must read for you. Mr. Franzi's book is full of helpful and insightful information that he gained from his years of experience running large businesses and is compelling testimony to the value of being part of a CEO Peer group. I highly recommend this book.
