4.0 out of 5 stars love the color, confusing sizing
I love my other pair of Crocs (Caymen style) so I've been looking for a yellow pair for awhile. I finally found them in a different style here, but when they arrived, it seems the sizing was on a little bit different system, because this style was a bit small for me. On my first pair, the size was a men's 7 / women's 9, and that worked fine. On this beach pair, it was...

1.0 out of 5 stars MORE CHINESE STUFF
I have worn Crocs for years. They are almost a must for diabetics. The ones on this page are made in China. The cheaper quality is immediately visible, the sizing is off and the last (shape of shoe) also appears different. I wish Amazon would clearly stipulate where stuff is made so we could have a choice.

On my first pair, the size was a men's 7 / women's 9, and that worked fine. On this beach pair, it was a size range -M6-7/ W8-9 and they run small. Other than the confusing sizing between two shoes of the same brand, I love the shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars LIke walking on sponges, August 12, 2006

From a distance, Crocs look rigid. I was at the Palace at Versailles this summer and saw a whole family decked out in what looked like super sturdy (and brightly colored) clogs. I thought they were European. As we were standing in line, I asked the Mom where they bought the colorful shoes and she replied she had purchased the lot on Amazon. She was also from the States as I came to find out. At that point she removed one and let me have a closer look.

Upon arrival home, I obtained a pair and haven't taken them off since. They are SOOOOO comfy... like wearing slippers... you can't beat the variety of colors and the price is just right. While they are not the most flattering shoe one the foot, they do tend to make ones ankles look nice and skinny. Enjoy!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars Helpful Tips on Crocs (Large feet people please read!), July 30, 2008
By
Disney Teach (Elgin,Illinois) - See all my reviews

Below are a few tips for you and your family on whatI have found with crocs:
-For large feet people like me (size 15), do not buy the XXL size. It will not fit. Actually, I had to buy the size 15-17 for my foot to fit. Also, only the Beach sandal comes in bigger sizes, so do not waste your time looking. Hopefully, all Crocs will be made in all sizes in the future.
-Do not walk long distances in your crocs or blisters will be your best friend. Some people walk all around Disney World and are fine, but many others find out that they made a huge mistake. If you plan on wearing your crocs for walking, try socks. Socks will at least make your foot comfortable and it will take a long walk before you feel the pain. My wife and I made the mistake of walking around Washington D.C. with crocs on. That was a bad time.
-Great for the TSA at the airport! Slip off and back on after you have been checked.
-If your Crocs get wet while walking into a building, please stomp your feet on the carpet before walking on tile. I have watched a few people take a spill or like me, make that annoying wet rubber sound throughout Target!

I hope that helps!

5.0 out of 5 stars Crocs can go the distance, September 2, 2006

Crocs are the best! I wear my navy blue Crocs everywhere; they look great with bootcut jeans. They are cool in the summer and cozy in the winter with a pair of nice wooly socks. After a year and a half, they show almost no signs of wear.

I gave them the ultimate test: a day at the Los Angeles County Fair. Must have walked 5 miles in them. Saw lots of other folks wearing Crocs--I always give them a nod & a smile. They are catching on big time. Beware of imitations! Nowhere near as comfy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Can't beat them...., July 20, 2006

for comfort that's for sure! It feels as many have stated, like walking on marshmellows. And the open design keep your feet cool. I got them on a very hot day and it felt soooo good to feel a cool wind on my toes with "shoes" on.

Extremely lightweight as well. Feels like an ounce! The only drawback is they're not too dressy and they do not look too great with nicer outfits. Defo a casual shoe to loaf around in....

5.0 out of 5 stars Super Shoes!!, August 28, 2006
These have to be the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They're like walking on foam rubber. These are great year round shoes where I live. They make being on my feet a pleasure.

4.0 out of 5 stars Crocs in the Sand, May 7, 2007
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I love my Crocs! I bought them so that my feet could breath after wearing combat boots for 13 hours a day in the 110 degree weather and I surely love them to death. The only downfall is that they allow the sand and rocks in get into them at times and it feels slightly uncomfortable. Other than that, they're really light and very comfortable on your feet after a long day's work.

i wear size 15 EEEE men's shoes and found the Croc's size XXX Large M14-15 to be a good fit. They are not loose enough to just slide on but are comfortable for me when worn with the strap in place. They have good room in the toe area which is important to me.

5.0 out of 5 stars From Colorado to California - Crocs are the best, July 19, 2006
I have been wearing Crocs for two years and I love them. They are easy to slip on to use for a quick errand and easy to clean after a messy muddy job in the garden. I have even thrown them in the washing machine with clothes for a quick cleaning.
They are comfortable and I often wear them in the house just for the support (we generally do not wear shoes in the house). I have a problem with my feet and need support and these are a great casual shoe. They may seem a bit pricey for "plastic shoes" but mine are "well used" and still look and feel great!
When we moved from Colorado to California nobody knew what they were and I still wore them despite the way they stuck out in a crowd (they were orange so that didn't help). I finally found some at a Hallmark store of all things! I bought a pair of black ones so they wouldn't stick out so much. My teenage son and pre-school daughter love them too. I'm glad they are finally becoming more readily available in more colors.
