Over the years I have fallen in love with my Crocs. I have two pair, one made in China, and the other in Bosnia. The fit great and have served me well. This pair (made in Mexico) does not fit, they are too big. They also feel thinner and even the straps that normally just fold up out of the way are not the same size. If this is the new Crocs then I will find another brand and shame on the company for ruining a good product. If these are counterfeit, then shame on the supplier. As always Amazon's return policy is quick & easy, however I will still be paying $5 shipping. This is the second time I have ordered a clothing product from Amazon suppliers and the quality has been very sub standard. In the future I will purchase such items locally and restrict my Amazon shopping to other categories.

These shoes are at least one size larger than the "normal" size should be. I had to return my order and pay shipping. After reading the other reviews, I found that my problem is obviously not unique. Since there is no way to try out these shoes in local stores and buy the same size at Amazon (sizing inconsistent, depending on origins of manufacturers), I would NOT advise anyone buying them online.

I wear a size 8.5 to 9.0 men's shoe. I read the reviews on here and people said to round down,so I did. I ordered a size 8 croc. The shoe arrived on time, actually early. But! Rounding down one size was incorrect, these shoes are HUGE. My son wears a size 10 and they fit ok on him. I received them today and they are being returned today. Even with socks they are so big they will not stay on my foot. That includes using the strap, they are just to big. I have no idea who measures the size of these things but they really need to learn how to read and measure. They are way off. Now to top it off I am being charged to return these.

I've purchased many pairs of Crocs over the years but the quality has severely diminished over the past few years. I'm not sure exactly what has changed in the manufacturing but a pair of crocs used to last my daughter a couple of years. At the end of May, the back strap broke on a pair so I bought a new pair through Amazon. She wore them TWICE when one of the straps broke off the back. We decided to do "surgery" and took a back strap off an old pair to replace the broken one. I wish we had simply returned them at the time but she liked them so we didn't. Now, the other strap has broken off the back. Please note that the strap off of the older pair is still intact and going strong. You can actually FEEL the difference in thickness between the old and new. It's really sad because my daughter and most of her friends love them but I will not spend $32 on a pair of shoes that breaks immediately. And of course, I can't return to Amazon. Hopefully, I'm not the only one that's complained (I also complained directly to Crocs) and the quality will improve again but for now, we've purchased our last pair of crocs. And our last pair of shoes from Amazon, PERIOD, due to the return policy.

This is at least the third set of Crocs purchased for my each of my sons. These are the first to cause blisters. The button on the inside of each foot has caused blisters on both feet of both of my sons. Upon examining the older Crocs (being replaced because they are worn out, not outgrown), the strap attachment button definitely sticks out farther on both new pairs versus the older pairs. This feature on the old pairs appears to be recessed, probably due to a tighter clamping force during manufacturing. This change in manufacturing appears to be the root cause of the blisters. This change appears on both the size C10/11 and C8/9 pairs that I purchased.

As long as the attachment button protrudes from the inside of the shoe, I cannot recommend purchasing this product.

Recently I purchased a new pair of crocs as I need a choco color. I have had a pair for several years. I sent the new pair back as they were uncomfortable, stiff and hard. What happen to the soft rubber soles that soften each step. I wish products that were good to excellent would not use lower quality material that changes the comfort level they once had. I will not purchase crocs in the future. There is a huge difference. My four dollar off brand for gardening felt more comfortable than those new shoes.

The Crocs came packaged appropriately and in due time. The size was way off and was 2 sizes smaller than what is said on the bottom of the shoe as well as on the tag. They said made in China. I bought them for my husband to replace the same pair he owned-same style and size and color but his old pair said made in Canada. So buyer beware.

I used to love Crocs. My first pair were the Classics then I got the slippers then the Yukon Sports and told everyone how great they were. I could not have been so far from the truth. These shoes keep podiatrists in business. After 3 years of wearing my Classics nearly every day of the summer and spring I started to feel a growing discomfort in my knees when walking and especially when going down steps and began to suspect the Crocs when I noticed uneven treadwear. I went to a podiatrist and he said the Crocs due to their spongy sole where not providing support or stabilizing my knees correctly. He said I was experiencing pronation as a result which explained the uneven tread wear. He recommended Keen shoes instead. I tried them on and it was immediate relief. I could literally feel the pressure redistribute in my knees. It felt like someone opened a pressure valve within my knee joints! I also learned Crocs act as isolators and cause static electricity buildup which explains now why I regularly would get shocked when stepping out of my van. Lastly, they are slippery as snot on wet concrete. Almost went down several times. They may feel soft on the feet but these things are the devil in disguise.

Not sure what happened to the Crocs brand, however, the quality definitely is NOT the same as it has been. My 2 year old son wore this pair only a few times before the back strap broke off and it cannot be repaired.

Basically it was a waste of money and I will have to look for an alternative brand that hasn't allowed their quality of product to drop.

If sizing on the order screen and description matched exactly what is on the shoes, it would help. I love the shoe, and the low stars are about ordering from this Amazon seller.

The shoe itself reads M5 W7 has a tag that says "M5/W7" and is clearly labeled Made in Mexico. I'm returning them for another size up, hoping I don't get US sized ones which will then be too big.

I've worn Crocs for years, and the way sizes were listed on this item description was confusing, as it did not match the ones I was wearing when I tried to place the order - which were made in the US - read "W 8-9 M 6-7". These were not an option. As a result, after measuring my foot, using the chart Crocs provides, etc etc I have a pair that is too small. I put a lot of thought into it and did not just push a random button.

Ideally, the top and sides should not touch your foot when you are standing. They are supposed to fit that way....and so if you find them hot, it may be you are not in a large enough size.

Annoyed that I now have a wait for the right shoe. Wish the brand would standardize the way shoes are labeled and that people selling it would then follow that method...and not lie about where the shoes are made, as in putting US in the title.
