Darling style - beware the size!, April 3, 2010
This review is from: crocs Women's Farrah Wedge Sandal (Apparel)
Just received this shoe today and it's just what I wanted, with one huge exception - it's way too small. It's so difficult to judge the correct size needed with Crocs. My first pair of Crocs from Amazon were the Sassari Open-toe Wedge and most comments about it said that it ran quite large and it would be best to order one size smaller, which I did, down from my normal 7-7 1/2 to a size 6 and it too was huge so I had to return it and get a size 5! I figured it would be the same with this style - not a huge difference in style and so ordered a size 5 again and it's about 2 sizes too small and now I have to pay to return what was a free shipping item. I've been looking for this color (navy blue) for so long and was excited that it was finally available. These shoes are not something that you can easily find in shoe stores or on-line so it's not as if you can test the size out first. I'm re-ordering the right size, but I'm not happy about these sizing problems. Update on 4/19-just received the size 7 and they're a little tight - strongly recommend if you're a true 1/2 size, go up to the next size. Wore them last night - squeezed the toes and had to take back strap off of every once in a while to ease pressure. Still, a darling shoe - very fashionable.
Update on May 8, 2010. After wearing the Farrahs a few times, some stretching has taken place making the fit much more comfortable. However, if I were planning to wear these all day (and not close to home) I would bring another pair of shoes just in case.

Problem Solved!, August 8, 2010
This review is from: crocs Women's Farrah Wedge Sandal (Apparel)
I recently ordered crocs Farrah Slingback Wedge and they were a bit snug in the toes and pinched. Others have reported similar problems and had to return them, but I loved the shoe and wanted to try them.
Mine also were tight and after a few minutes of walking around the house one toe on each foot was sore enough that I couldn't keep them on. So....
I put a wooden shoe form into the shoe with a pencil eraser (the wedge shaped ones you can buy to put on a pencil) taped to the area where there was pressure. I then used a hair dryer to warm and soften the croc material a bit with the shoe form in as tight as I could get it. I only did it for about 30 seconds, then let the shoe cool with the form still inserted. And when it cooled, the shoe fit perfectly! Problem Solved!

No comfort here, June 19, 2010
This review is from: crocs Women's Farrah Wedge Sandal (Apparel)
I'll give these shoes one star because they look so cute. The green is a great color and I was looking forward to wearing cute and comfortable wedges while skipping through Europe this summer. I was excited when they arrived and I made the mistake of wearing them to work the first day because, they are Crocs and were obviously going to be comfortable. By the end of the day I was in agony and my feet were cut at the heels, toes and insteps. It appears that, despite their advertising, just because they are Crocs doesn't mean they are going to be comfortable.
