After testing these babies out on a long walk, I can honestly say they're as comfy as my sneakers. The thick sole cushions your step and the back strap is secure without rubbing.

The toe box could be a smidge wider but I have wide feet so I think normal width feet would fit well. I bought a half size smaller than what I usually buy so they would fit snugly.

Walking through puddles was fun since they're waterproof and the height of the shoe kept my foot dry.

I'm taking these on vacation for long treks while still having a little style.

I tried these shoes on in the store and liked the soft, cushiony feel of the sole. However, after wearing them for the first time, I realized that the material that the uppers are made from have no give and no breathability, resulting in nasty blisters on my outside toes. The only way I can wear these shoes is with band-aids on my small toes and even then can only wear them when walking short distances. I mistakenly assumed that all Crocs were comfortable shoes and foolishly bought them in 3 colors!

I know that Crocs has made a lot of money over the past few years, but they would do even better and be more responsive to their customers, if they offered their shoes in half sizes. I wear an 8 to 8 1/2, for this shoe the 8 is just a teeny bit too short and the 9 is too wide. It seems to me there is really a lot of difference between the 8 and the 9, with respect to the length and the snugness/looseness of the strap. These shoes are fairly comfortable for being too small ;-( - I bet they would fit great in an 8 1/2! Very fast shipping on this product.

It's true, I was one of those people who just plain thought Crocs were ugly, synthetic abominations. I like high heels and feminine styles, and just making something in hot pink does not cut it for me. However, after a few lifestyle changes and getting ready to do some serious traveling (hence, walking) I threw "high heeled walking shoe" into the Amazon browser and came up with these.

They are made out of croslite, not leather. It is obvious to the person wearing them, but not (evidently) to outside observers. I got them right before a huge trip to the Mediterranean, and they ended up being the only shoes I could wear for the first three days- encasing my puffy, airplane-inflated feet through Rome, Greece, Turkey, and Egypt. There are pictures of me wearing these at pretty much every remaining Wonder Of The Ancient World (and if I may say so myself, they look adorable). They were ideal- lightweight, comfy, and virtually indestructible- you can just hose off thousands of years worth of marble dust in a snap in your hotel sink!

I did have a small blister issue- the side of my fourth toe on my right foot. But that was after wearing them for five days straight. Also, please keep in mind that I had blisters from attempting to wear: flip flops (between toes) athletic shoes (back of heels) and gladiator sandals(insteps) . Somehow, these managed to avoid all those tender points, and carried me up to the Acropolis, which is a major accomplishment. I need to buy them in a few more colors!

I love everything about these shoes. They are so comfortable and very cute. No one believes that they are Crocs. There is only one small problem, the strap in the back does not stay in place, possibly because they only come in whole sizes and I really do wear a half size smaller than I purchased. That is only a small problem compared to the benefits.

This shoes are somewhat comfortable. I usually wear Clarks, but decided to give these a try. I think the biggest problem is that the strap in the back cannot be adjusted and was a little loose. My foot kept coming forward, cramping my toes a little and making the strap fall down. I have a really small foot, normally wearing size 5, which is sometimes a little big. I think these shoes were true to size, but like many others have stated, I think a 1/2 size smaller would have been better. I did try a smaller size (size 4), but my toes hung over just a tad. They are great looking with dresses or capris, but they start hurting my feet after shopping all day. I think that is probably due to the fact that my feet keep sliding forward. For short periods of time, or just minimal walking, probably would be okay. If you have a really wide foot, wouldn't recommend.

I recommend this product if you have a size 9 or smaller. My problem is that I wear a 10 and 10 is the biggest they make these shoes. They run a bit small so I am constantly self conscious of having my toes creeping out the front since there is a big opening for that as well. I think that if the back sling strap was a bit more forgiving it would have worked great. This shoe would be perfect if it came in half sizes and had a 10 1/2 avail. Also, it is a tall heal as well, so expect to be a couple of inches taller, which I could have done without since I am already 5'11!
That being said, it is a very comfy shoe and didn't hurt my feet anywhere. They are super light and a good casual look as well, for office or going out. A friend of mine is 5'6 and smaller feet and she looks great in them and loves them and wears them a lot.
I would highly recommend for people wanting a shoe to make them taller and can order a half size to a whole size bigger than what they are. Good luck. I hope this review helps! :)

I was really psyched for comfortable cute shoes, but these shoes miss the mark on the sexy side- too much 'toe clevage', makes feet look wide and frumpy... Very comfy though!

The Havana Wedge Slingback is the perfect Croc: Comfortable, stylish, and they provide very desirable height when dressing with longer-length slacks/jeans. They are available in whole sizes which seem to run a bit small, but happily the fit is acceptable. I like them very much and hope to purchase more in additional colors.

my black crocs are very comfortable and very easy to clean; no worries about getting them wet; they are also versatile in that they can be worn with a variety of attire.
update 7/30/11 - i still love my shoes even though they have stretched out a little bit from so much wear. i'd buy another (perhaps, though, a half size smaller this time.
