Nothing but great things to say about this product. The quality is well worth the price. I live in an area with rain, snow, etc, and other boxes have rusted and been dented within one season. I've had my box for 2 years now and just suggested that my sister purchase one. You will never need another mail box again!

I was a bit leery about ordering from this company based on the very critical review on this product, but I went ahead and ordered it anyway. I am glad I did. I first e-mailed the company to confirm that I was still covered under the Amazon A-Z warranty and the D-Vault rep promptly replied and answered my questions. When my first mailbox arrived, the box had been damaged (likely in transit via FedEx), so I refused shipment. After this, I received an e-mail from D-Vault saying they confirmed it was the fault of FedEx and they would ship out a new unit right away. The new unit arrived a day ahead of schedule and was damage free. I opened the box and inspected the unit and it looks like very high quality workmanship. It's very heavy and durable in appearance. The doors open and close with precise engineering. The paint job looks well done as well. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish the price was lower, but if you want a quality product, I suppose you have to pay for it.

We installed this at our house almost 4 years ago. There had been a lot of mail thefts in our area. This still looks new after all these years and works great. The mailman can leave packages in the bottom and mail in the top. We don't have to worry about someone taking the mail or especially packages if they were left out in the open at the door. We were a little hesitant to purchase because of the price, but after 4 years of hot arizona sun, the finish is still in great condition.

We are so pleased with the mail vault. It was shipped expeditiously and arrived in perfect condition. We had it installed the next day and are thrilled with the results! It truly has been like adding a piece of jewelry to the front yard. The yard looked fine with the old mail box, but it now looks special! The security of our mail is also a great relief. We no longer have to worry about stopping our mail when leaving for a weekend or longer. It's perfect! We are happy we made the leap.

Excellent experience in every way. dVault's Product is of very high quality, as expected. Delivery was by Fed Ex Freight and was very accommodating.
