Solid Sophmore!,

If you're already familiar with Abigail's Ghost then you know the similarities between them and Porcupine Tree. Maybe, the reason why anyone would purchase their first cd as I did. Lead singer Bones Theriot is uncannily like Steven Wilson of PT so I don't think you'll be disappointed with their first release 'Selling Insincerity' or their newest one here. Not breaking any new ground per se here on their sophomore effort, but instead establishing themselves as a group of their own. While the marked resemblance to Wilson is clear I think there's enough of a difference to really separate this group from PT. Their songs are more commercial friendly as in shorter and they just do a great job in delivering their sound. While I can't pick out any favorites yet you shouldn't be disappointed if you were well pleased with their first release.

Not Disappointing!,
This review is from: d_letion (Audio CD)
Once again Bones and Wilson have put together an amazing arrangement, consisting of intelligent lyrics and spectacular riffs. Romantique Life is my personal favorite, but it is closely followed by D_letion. AG's music has a way of pulling you in and allowing you to be part of their world. This CD is definitely worth adding to your collection.

Bravo!,
This review is from: d_letion (Audio CD)
Abigail's Ghost has hit the mark yet again. d_letion shows maturity in both song composition and execution. The music is intricate and intense with a flair for the dramatic. All of the separate pieces seem to meld together effortlessly to make one coherent and enjoyable whole. "Black Lace" proves to be one of the band's best songs to date. I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
