How to use
Apply one coat of Deborah Lippmann base coat (your choice).
Apply two coats of nail lacquer.
Apply one coat of Deborah Lippmann top coat (your choice).

Sweep a generous coat smoothly onto dry, clean nails. Once dried, apply a second coat if desired for a finished look.
