4.0 out of 5 stars Brief Review of Subject Matter, February 26, 2004
By A Customer
This review is from: Declaratory Judgment (Hardcover)
Disregard my "star" rating. I was required to put it in to post the review, but as you will discover below, I have no basis for the star rating.

I got this book when attempting to research United States declaratory judgment law. Unfortunately for me, the book is primarily related to English law, so I did not read it in depth. From my brief review of the book, it contains a seemingly thorough overview of English declaratory judgment law. The book contains little to no discussion of United States declaratory judgment law.

The book contains nine chapters. Here is an overview of chapter titles and approximate page lengths: 1. Introduction 6 pp, 2. History 17 pp, 3. Legislation 7 pp, 4. Jurisdiction 88 pp, 5. Scope 64 pp, 6. Discretion 62 pp, 7. The Plaintiff 37 pp, 8. The Defendant 16 pp, 9. Procedure 24 pp, followed by an Index.
